Recipe Ingredients:
- Chocolate covered Shortbread cookie
(We liked Keebler Fudge Shoppe)
- Peanut Butter
- Marshmallows
Cooking instructions:
Take two cookies,spread peanut butter on the inside of one or both cookies. Set aside. Toast one marshmallow until golden brown. Place marshmallow in between prepared cookies & enjoy.
Yummy!

We like this more than the graham cracker & candy bar version because
its easier for little kids to handle.
