Portage Description:
As shown on the fisher maps there are not portages through this creek. At the time (later in the summer) it was fairly shallow and was easier to walk the canoes in places, but was very much passable. There were 2 places where portaging was required and it surprised me to find a fairly worn trail in these places. If you are one of the people too wimpy to get your feet wet this is not the place for you. At the second portage which ends at Sunday Lake there is a really nice although small waterfall.
