Portage Description:
Nice walk through the woods with the exception of a 20rd section that goes up about 120 ft in a stairstep fashion. Generally good footing on rock. It was a beautiful clear fall day when we did it, could be slippery and dangerous when wet. Nothing to stop you if you fall. Take your time, be sure of balance and footing. Enjoy the view at the top.

Lake Description:
Kiskadinna is long and narrow and has two campsites. First one past the portage described looks nice. Second is unattractive, scraped out of the brush, so to speak. Suggest you continue on to Omega if first is taken.
