Portage Description:
Low water landing on large slab rocks at the bottom of Split Rock Falls is easy. There is a campsite there too.

Portage goes over height of land and back downhill to a difficult section near the top of the falls where chair size boulders have to be walked on for about ten meters. Don't double pack this one. There is a really rocky difficult landing right after the boulder field, but by proceeding upstream about 50 meters. There is a lovely beachy loading area
