Portage Description:
This portage is moderately hilly and many smooth large boulders that are very slippery when wet. The blowdown made this portage darker and thus more humid in the summer and mossy rocks are everywhere. The portage changes elevation everywhere and is relatively long. Emerald lake is beautiful even after the blowdown. The fishing was fantastic and very worth the tough portage.

Lake after portage: That Man
Known campsites: not sure
Lake Description:

Beautiful dark green water. Troll a large bait behind the canoe and have fun with the large pike and trout. A great lake in the fall for lakers.
